Jude-11- Bullying. Can't you see a screaming little boy?!

Can't you see a screaming little boy?!

unlike this picture, essay can be very extreme and serious

On March 20th,  2012 in Korea, a promising young lady killed herself. Bullying, serious social problem in the world nowadays caused this tragedy. The story is like this; there is a couple and the man in the couple is very strong, so many students are afraid of him in his high school. The girl friend of this guy also plays a bad role and its famous for her naughty behavior. This undesirable couple used the victim, already mentioned above, as their slave; they called her whenever they wanted and made her do what they wanted, they hit and insulted her at all times, and stole her money. Sadly, those are not the worst things they did to her. What's horribly worse, they forced her to sell sex and got money from that. Could you believe that? They were not gangsters but just high school students! Now, after I read the article about this tragedy, I couldn't help ask questions; 'what did the people around her do?' and 'why didn't she ask for help from others'?

I assume that since the people near the victim were young, they might have been afraid of the bad couple. However, that is just an excuse and a superficial reason. If they didn't want to get directly involved, they could have reported it to teachers or parents in confidential ways. Now, what I really fear is that people do not have any will to help others. Apparently, people tend not to care about others and dislike being involved in an event not directly related to themselves.

tell on! you are doing the right thing!

'None of my business' cannot be and shouldn't be your favorite sentence if you are concerned about people who are suffering from bullying. It happens everywhere; in the workplace, when someone is not performing well. In the school, when someone is lagging behind or old fashioned. In the field, when someone runs not as fast as the others. People are crying and you  are apparently seeing it! Take action! Tell people not to bully others. 'They are also precious sons/daughters of their parents, pal!'
