Larissa - 10 - Stress: How does it help or hinder?

Does stress have a positive side?

Considering my personality i agree that stress can have a helpful side. Why ? Stress can be helpful in a way to push you to overcome situations that are not doing so well into a very good result.

Of course, stress have its vices and it can be very prejudicial to health. But no one can deny the emotion of living under pressure and strees. Certainly nobody can  say that you are not going to live an adventurous life.
Stress in adequated dosages makes your body creates boosts body defenses according to a study made by the university of Standford. Also, it sharpens your memory. But the key is to have a balance. Not having enough or having too much of anything in life can make it boring, unmotivated or you can get sick of it.

So the ideal is to be aware when is necessary to relax and go with the flow or get ready and attack the problem.
