Daniel - 3 - Dream House

My Dream House: A Manor
Manors are big, spacious buildings and space is exactly what I want for my dream house.

I'd like it to have 4 wings, each one with its own unique wonders.

The first wing would be the welcoming wing. The facade would have a light baroque style, with images of warriors fighting and important history moments. Inside there would be a few dinning halls, lounges and play rooms with different designs for different occasions. At the back of it you'd find a big yard with 5 gardens, each with fauna from one of the five continents of the world.

From the garden three roads would branch out. The one leading to the west would cross a river with fishes from all round the world. On the other side, you'd find the second wing. The Music Wing.

This first floor would be a music room, where you can find almost every instrument to jam with. In the second floor there would be a home music studio, equipped with everything that an audio engineer or producer may need in a normal studio. And in the third floor, a big room with walls packed with vinyls, taps and CD's to hear while having a drink in front of the fireplace.

The second road would wind toward the north, leading to the Library Room, with statues of illustrated men, writers and poets and philosophers, staring from the sides of the road.

The third Wing would be the most precious to me. There would be a special section for each genre, order alphabetically abd by number of edition, because there'll be books repeated in different editions. Three stories are a minimum to this Wing. Walls would be covered with bookshelves packed books in many languages in the upper stories. In the ground-level story there'd be comfortable seats to get lost in readings.

The long and winding road to the east would take you through an orchad  and eventually to the Dormitory Wing. This Wing would have some special and artistical design. There would be around a hundred rooms, each one with its own bathroom and balcony with a view to the Manor grounds. There would be some kind of common room for everyone to go there and socialize and have fun, next to it a kitchen and a small dinning room.

All the wings could be linked with underground corridors where only I can access. Because a manor without secret passages is no manor and I want a real manor. And not only I want, but I will.
