The incursion of the internet in the cellphone, the teenagers are espouse to dangerous information because they can see pornography or they can be in contact with predators in internet. Moreover, in the same time, the application that the children's can use is amazing. For example, localization of things with the use of GPS. They can use to find the department of police or it'll be useful when they are in trouble.

Another thing that you need to consider is, the cellphone can be able to store a huge of quantity of games and music, and the teenagers enjoy with this, is not bad if they use for a few minutes, but the problem is when they spend too much time with the games. That can produce insensibility and poor ability to make friends. On the other hand, they can use that capacity of the cellphones to keep the songs, and also, some classes,audiobooks or podcast. With them, they can learn different interesting topics and develop more abilities.

The controversy of that issue is huge, but I'm need to say that I'm agree.  Some countries in nowadays write dawn in the laws to permit give and guarantee the opportunity  to have internet. So, we can't swim against the fluency.
