Empowering Young Children

Nowadays, parents have many worries about their children. They are looking for different ways to keep in touch with them; one of that ways is giving them a cell phone. But there are many implications about this. Using a cellphone has a lot of advantages and disadvantages. 

The positive side about using cell phone is that parents are aware that they need to educate their kids and teach them how and when is convenient use it. If they do that their kids can communicate with them easier and faster just doing a call or sending a message, and the most important the kids learn about advanced devices. Also the cell phones have a lot of tools that they can use it such as Internet, games and many apps that can help them to do different activities. For example Internet helps them to search information even if the parents want to know where their kids are, there is an app that helps them to do this. 

However, the negative side is that parents can’t control all that kids do while they aren't with them. The kids can use the cellphone while they are in the school even they waste time doing things without importance; and the most important they are expose to danger on Internet. 

Giving the cellphone to the children is useful but also it gives them the power to do whatever they want when a old person isn't with them.The parents are empowering their young children into a world of technology where they are able to look for bad and good things just with a simple click on the cellphone.
